Four OSHA Outreach Trainer Programs Available

The OSHA 培训 Institute Education Center at 基督教社会联盟DH offers four OSHA Authorized Outreach 培训 Programs in Construction, 一般的行业, 海上安全与灾害现场. 如果你有所需的经验, this can be an excellent opportunity to become an Authorized Trainer for your company, 或者开创自己的事业. Current OSHA Authorized Outreach 培训师 with a minimum 1-year experience with Title 8 regulations may earn a Cal/OSHA endorsement to be able to conduct 10 and 30 Hour training based on Cal/OSHA regulations (见下文要求).

Construction Industry Outreach Trainer

OSHA 510 课程 completed within the last seven years and five years of construction safety experience. Disaster Site Worker Outreach Trainer

Disaster Site Worker Outreach Trainer 必修课程:
OSHA 5600: Trainer Course for Disaster Site Worker

要求:
Current OSHA authorization as a Construction, Maritime or 一般的行业 Outreach trainer, three years of safety training experience, and either completion of the 40-hour HAZWOPER 课程 or possession of journey-level credentials in a building trade union.

Trainer will be authorized to deliver 7.5- and 15-Hour OSHA 培训 for Disaster Sites Workers.

Steps to Enroll in OSHA 500/501/5400/5600:

  1. Request a 先决条件验证 form at osha@hpfashion.net. 
    THE PREREQUISITE VERIFICATION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 10 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS—NO EXCEPTIONS. The prerequisite form must clearly indicate that the applicant has 5 years of experience overseeing workplace safety in the applicable industry.
  2. When submitting the prerequisite verification form, your email should include the following statement:
    “I have read the testing and equipment requirements listed on your website and I’m able to meet these requirements.”

  4. 如果你的表格是 批准, you will receive a permission number via email to register.

Cal/OSHA Endorsement to Teach 10- and 30-Hour OSHA Outreach 培训

要求:
Be a current authorized OSHA Outreach trainer or become an authorized OSHA Outreach trainer within six (6) months after completing OSHA 5109 or OSHA 5119 课程. 培训师 should note that the Cal/OSHA Partnership endorsement expires on the same date as their federal trainer authorization. Candidates must have at least one year of verifiable safety and health experience with an organization governed by Cal/OSHA standards. Outreach 培训师 will be required to sign a “Statement of Eligibility” form, 之前, 或参加他们的Cal/OSHA课程.
